Shipping policy
Processing Time
All KARDIO orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Time
After processing, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high demand periods, or factors outside of our control. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
From the day you place your order, you can expect to receive your KARDIO bundle within 4–9 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
